There will be no club training sessions this Thursday evening 26th March 2015. This includes for the following:

• Junior – Ballymote, EDAC club rooms (inside and outside)
• Senior – EDAC club rooms

As a reminder EDAC are hosting a Workshop – Project Africa Athletics Partnership (details) at the the club rooms on Thursday at 7:30pm, everyone is very welcome to meet and listen to the African winners of Jimmy’s 10k about what its like to be an African runner .
