EDAC Circuit Training Classes
Every Friday from 6:30 pm to 7:30pm we deliver a Circuit Training classes in the club rooms. Ashley Wade from Wade Training will be taking the class, entrance fee £5. Part of the charge will be allocated to buying new circuit training equipment for the club.
As a newbie to circuit training I can thoroughly recommend the classes, so can my glutes and abs. I would also like to say that Ashley delivers the classes for all fitness abilities.
