Registration will take place in Six Mile Water Leisure Centre, with all races starting and finishing in Six Mile Water Park. Registrations will be taken on the day or you can pre register by clicking on the link and downloading the form. The races are well known for taking place in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, encouraging athletes of all abilities to attend.

• 1st Race 12:45pm, U 14 Girls & Boys (1 mile xc).
• 2nd Race 1:00 pm, U16 Girls & Boys (2 mile xc).
• 3rd Race 1:30pm, Female Open, Female Vet & Male Over 60 (3 mile xc)
• 4th Race 2:00 pm, The McConnell Shield Team event & Male Vet (5 mile xc)
