The updated registration forms (blank) are available for download from EDAC website Club Info | How to Join. Can you please complete the forms and hand them to the Membership Secretary or Treasure for processing.
There will also be paper forms available from the notice board in the club rooms.

Pre-filled membership forms (2014 members) will be available at EDAC club rooms and Ballymote (P3 – P5), these will ease the completion of the form. I would ask that all renewing members check the pre-filled data forms to ensure it is up to date.
