Race Details
– Registration is from 12:00- 12:45 pm for all age groups. Please arrive on time so as not to delay the start.
-Group warmups start at 12:45pm. These are important so please allow time for these.
– First race is at 1:00pm
– Please bring water and warm clothes.
– Spikes are permitted but not necessary. Sturdy trainers or football boots are suitable.
