Kerry O’Flaherty (Power of 10, Rio Olympics) will take two club training sessions this week for both seniors and juniors. Kerry’s session will include a warm up, an outside core training session and a cool down. I would encourage you to attend and learn how the elite athletes perform a typical training session.
