All runners welcome to join (Please note that this run will not be overseen by an EDAC Coach – All runners should run within their own ability and EDAC takes no responsibility for this run)

ALL RUNNERS SHOULD WEAR HI-VIZ CLOTHING DURING SESSIONS
Departing EDAC Clubhouse at 6:30pm sharp:
5 April – (Interval pace) 6 x 800m (60s recovery)
12 April – Pyramid Intervals – 400m [60s recovery], 800m [60s], 1200m [90s], 1600m [90s], 1200m [90s], 800m [60s], 400m
19 April – 5 mile Tempo run
26 April – (Interval pace) 10 x 400m (30s recovery)
Each Tuesday evening run will begin with a warm up of 15 mins slow jog and finish with a cool down of 10 mins slow jog back to the clubhouse.
The majority of runs will take place within the grounds of the Downshire and on the night we will divide into groups of runners of similar ability.
